When will my order ship?
Non-Press & Non-Preorder Items typically ship out in 1 business day
Orders containing preorder items will ship out as soon as they are available
Returns and Exchange FAQ
All returns and & exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, unused, at the buyer's cost of a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds & exchanges will be sent back to you as long as any outstanding charges are paid.
Product FAQ
Keychains are meant to be used as decorations for your key rings. If they are blown up by hooking them up to an air compressor or used in unintended ways, they will not be eligible for return or replacement.
All custom designs are sold as is and are not refundable once the proof is approved.

If you purchase knockoff dirty diesel supply from sites such as temu, shein, TikTok shop, or your local Facebook marketplacer. we can not help you with tracking, order status, or quality of items received. We are not affiliated with any outside source and do not authorize anyone to use our designs.
We are a small business. We do not have a fleet of employees; we both work full-time jobs outside of Dirty Diesel Supply, so we might not be able to respond to your calls, emails, messages, or DMs until the end of the work day when we get home.
We do not hand deliver packages once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier it is out of our hands any questions on delivery and tracking should be forwarded to the carrier you selected using the tracking number provided keep in mind these packages are shipping from NJ and any unforeseen weather, holidays and border closures may delay a package delivery. We do not guarantee any estimated delivery days.
We do not refund shipping costs.
