📦 Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

• Orders for in-stock & non-preorder items usually ship within 3-5 business days.

• Orders containing preorder items will ship out as soon as those items are available.
  

  • M&L Duck Camo Hoodies are finally in shipping out 1/15/26
    
  • Deadwood Camo Long Sleeves & Tees are expected to ship March 2026

   

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• All returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Once your return is received and inspected, any eligible refund or exchange will be processed (minus any outstanding shipping fees).

Important: For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Swimwear (bikinis) that have been worn.

• Detailing products that have been opened or used.

• Coloring books that have been colored in or used.

• Custom designs: once your photos are submitted and the design process begins, your order may NOT be canceled or refunded.
  We are happy to make design adjustments as needed to ensure you are delighted before your item goes to print.

• Keychains are decorative only — using them with air compressors or other unintended methods voids any eligibility for return or replacement.

• If you click ‘Place Order,’ your order will be processed immediately — only click once you’re sure.

• Make sure you choose the correct size — if you’re an adult, do not select ‘Youth’, ‘Kids’, or ‘Children’.

• For Mystery Boxes: select ‘Female’ for a female box and ‘Male’ for a male box.

• We are not affiliated with any outside sellers and do not authorize third parties to use or sell our designs or products.
